Blackjack Is Like A Rollercoaster
Blackjack is a game that reminds me of a roller coaster. It’s a game that begins slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you build up your bank roll, you feel as though you are getting up to the top of the coaster and then when you don’t expect it, the bottom drops out.
Blackjack is so akin to a rollercoaster the similarities are eerie. As with the popular fairground ride, your blackjack game will peak and things will seem to be going great for a while before it bottoms out once again. You must be a gambler that’s able to adjust well to the ups … downs of the game especially given that the game of black jack is packed full with them.
If you like the tiny coaster, one that does not go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the ride is with a bigger wager, then hop on board for the mad ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high stakes gambler will love the view from the monster rollercoaster because he or she is not considering the drop as they rush headlong to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few gamblers adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that is terrific, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to flip and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.
If you don’t, you may not necessarily recollect how much you enjoyed everything while your cash was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a mad ride … your head in the air. As you are reminiscing on "what ifs", you won’t recall how "high up" you went but you will remember that devastating drop as clear as day.
